Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Double Blind account and everything tied to it at any time.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Double Blind account and its associated data, email us at support@playdoubleblind.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address tied to your account so we can locate it. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done. Double Blind is operated by Play Doubleblind LLC.

What We Delete

When we process your request, we permanently delete the account data we hold about you:

Your account email address
Your avatar image
Your subscription records

What We Do Not Store

Gameplay content, meaning the questions, answers, and any photos shared during a game, is never stored on our servers. It stays only on the devices in your session and is discarded when the game ends, so there is nothing on our side to delete.

Data We May Retain

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it, such as transaction or billing records needed for tax and accounting. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
